Project Manager - Urban / Infrastructure

The Opportunity:

Based in the Brisbane region, this role will be designated within our Winslow Queensland business unit and responsible for the successful delivery of land development/Infrastructure projects.

Executing your role through successfully delivering every project within budget, time, to the satisfaction of the client.

You will be expected to:

• Achieve the project brief.
• Deliver project compliance in accordance with the Winslow’s Integrated Management System
• Project planning and programming tasks.
• Liaise and manage client relationships.
• Monitor performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
• Report and mitigate performance issues.
• Report production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Procure plant, equipment, and material.
• Develop, review, and approve Management Plans and SWMS’s.
