Task & Accountabilities

• Plan, initiate, lead and execute projects in the Launchers & New Space Product line using project management processes, methods and tools to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.
• Project structuring/WBS definition: define and set up the project Work Breakdown Structure, allocate resources, schedule and track milestones.
• Coordinate tasks and activities of the Project Core Team members and interface with supporting departments.
• Act as the customer focal point and main interface.
• Planning, identifying, reporting and mitigating critical paths and tracking internal/external milestones.
