Our client, a well‑established marketing and production agency, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join their team on a 6‑month contract, with potential for permanent hire.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the central point of contact between clients, account teams, creative, production, and operations.
  • Manage multiple print and digital projects from intake through delivery.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, deliverables, resources, and project documentation.
  • Lead project communications, meetings, action items, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
