FF&E Project Manager – Luxury Residential Design

Our client is seeking an experienced FF&E Project Manager to lead the planning, sourcing, procurement, and execution of luxury residential design projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment and enjoys managing multiple high‑end projects from concept through installation.

Responsibilities

• Creating, planning, and managing project schedules to ensure timelines are met
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
• Selecting and sourcing products or developing custom work for FF&E, including case goods, upholstery, drapery, fabrics, and purchased items
• Assembling and managing quotations for RFEs and RFIs and ensuring accuracy
