My client is currently looking for a HVAC Project Manager to support major commercial projects in the Phoenix/Tempe area. They're a strong full-service mechanical contractor that has been serving the state of Arizona for 40+ years with many active projects in the pipeline right now and a strong backlog for future growth. They specialize in commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. They have a strong reputation in the Phoenix area and have won many awards for their work and culture!

What you will be doing:

• Manage HVAC construction projects from award through closeout.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and cost projections.
