They're a strong full-service mechanical contractor that has been serving the state of Arizona for 40+ years with many active projects in the pipeline right now and a strong backlog for future growth. They specialize in commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. They have a strong reputation in the Phoenix area and have won many awards for their work and culture!
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- This role provides leadership to project teams, drives customer satisfaction, manages financial performance, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and operational processes.
