About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead our established team of Technical Authors. You’ll play a key role in managing, planning, and delivering high‑quality technical publications for our global dealer network and customers.

Reporting directly to the Technical Publications Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Warranty, Uptime and Customer Service Specialists to ensure our manuals and service information exceed expectations. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for engineering to ensure product manuals are ready and available at the point of production.

This role requires someone with a strong project management background, experience working within a large corporate environment, and a passion for driving improvements that enhance both internal processes and the end‑customer experience.
