Job Description

Casidra currently seeks to recruit a Project Manager to assist the existing team to plan, design, facilitate and implement projects for beneficiaries through government and private sector funding, by applying technical knowledge and skills through effective project management.

The successful candidate will report to the Programme Manager: Environment Sustainability.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Project Planning & Implementation

  • Plan, design, and implement infrastructure projects according to approved business plans
  • Develop and manage project schedules (Gantt charts) to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate project activities between government, beneficiaries, contractors, and service providers
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure smooth execution of project plans
