Job Description
- deliver projects in the data engineering space,
- work with client/ technical architect to understand risks /dependencies and plan their mitigation,
- manage multi-vendor team from client office.
- identify right execution strategies,
- creating and maintaining RACI templates,
- managing project plan, including daily project trackers indicating progress of work,
- guiding the team through a project lifecycle process like Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall,
- staffing the team in the right manner to ensure timely delivery, including forecasting of staff,
- track process adherence, costing & reporting . Give regular updates to client .
- managing cadence with client stakeholders,
- ensuring the right templates are formed to design/develop/test/support,
- continuously align with requirements from client and ensuring project scope is managed efficiently, including billing, utilization etc.
