The role ensures structured execution, visibility, and alignment across digital initiatives, driving consistency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Governance & Leadership Support
- Support planning and execution of governance meetings
- Collect and prioritize governance topics
- Maintain governance cadence and calendars

Governance Execution & Action Tracking
- Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
- Track progress and follow up on actions
- Maintain governance trackers and Kanban boards

Digital Change Management Support
- Support change management activities across digital initiatives
- Capture requirements, timelines, and adoption milestones
