Project Manager / Systems Analyst (ATS Implementation – Lever)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (U.S.-Based Preferred)

⏰ Overlap with MST or EST

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented Project Manager / Systems Analyst to lead the end-to-end implementation of Lever ATS. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in ATS implementation, HRIS, business analysis, or recruiting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration, data integrity, workflows, and stakeholder delivery, driving the ATS from kickoff through adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of the Lever ATS implementation, from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
  • Build and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
