Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Tampere office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Develop project schedules
• Monitor project costs
• Participate in sales, marketing, and bidding activities

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in project management or contracting
• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
• Broad knowledge of different contracting methods
• Proficiency in technical software applications
• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written); knowledge of English and Swedish is an advantage
• Experience in completing projects and construction industry certifications are beneficial
• Own car required
