· Job description:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
· 12–15+ years of experience in technology program and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex, multi-year initiatives.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry, with a strong understanding of Trade/Lending/Payment/CASA.
· Demonstrable experience managing large-scale transformation programs.
· Expert-level knowledge of formal SDLC and project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
· Experience managing program budgets in excess of $10M.
