As a Senior Project Manager of TA Programs & Experience, this role focuses on adoption and enablement supporting key Talent Acquisition (TA) programs and ways of working. This role requires a strategic self-starter who plays a critical part in reinforcing consistency, identifying adoption gaps, and ensuring programs evolve based on feedback and business needs. The Sr. Project Manager ensures programs impacting jobseekers, candidates, hiring managers and TA colleagues are understood, adopted, and consistently applied across teams — helping translate strategy into day-to-day practice and driving sustainable behavior change over time. This individual reports into the Head of TA Experiences and partners closely with TA leaders, talent advisors (recruiters), HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate activities, support execution, and monitor progress.
