Our client has been successfully operating over 10 years specializing in commercial fit out & refurbishment projects up to the value of 15 million dollars. 

Our client provides a great working environment and are located in the heart of the CBD. If you would like to work on a diverse range of projects such as education, government, retail, healthcare, aged care, hospitality and commercial office, this role is for you.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager with a minimum 4 years experience working for a head contractor.


As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
