The scope of the proposed services will include the following: LOS Audits & Project Support This position will focus on financial review/improvement and specialty project support: Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the AT&T Legacy Services Conversion Project (C2C) milestones are met statewide. Conduct comprehensive network and voice service and billing audits to ensure accuracy. Develop and deliver training to new and existing NCS staff on communications billing audit procedures and compliance standards. Lead and train NCS staff on complex, specialty VoIP service implementations, including HELD Protocol migrations to modernize emergency location services. Requirements Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are Mandatory. Minimum of 15 years experience with telecommunications technologies.
