Role Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale 10X Transformation Project at the Gudipalli plant. The role will drive execution excellence across timelines, cost, quality, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring successful project rollout aligned with business objectives.

Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to stabilization
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans
- Track progress against timeline, cost, quality, and scope; proactively highlight risks and deviations
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and external partners
