Our client are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Project Manager to lead a critical Workday HCM deployment. You will be the driving force behind the end-to-end implementation of Workday.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead the Workday Greenfield deployment from planning and design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support utilizing standard Workday deployment methodologies.
- Functional Leadership: Act as the functional expert for Workday HCM and Talent Management, guiding process design decisions and best practices.
- Risk & Scope Management: Proactively identify project risks, manage scope changes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
