Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in solar PV system design, installation, or O&M
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site supervision skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Design on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar PV systems with accurate load calculations and shading analysis.
- Prepare engineering drawings such as SLDs, wiring layouts, cable schedules, and protection schemes.
- Conduct site surveys to evaluate technical feasibility and system sizing.
- Select appropriate system components including solar panels, inverters, cables, breakers, SPD, and earthing systems.
- Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and project documentation.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.
