Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with 5+ years’ experience to lead delivery across BAU operations and ad hoc projects. This role requires someone who leads from the front, drives outcomes, and adds value beyond coordination or note-taking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project delivery and operational initiatives with full ownership

Support and manage BAU activities alongside project work

-Deliver ad hoc projects from scoping through to execution

Oversee and apply best practices across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Apply Service Management principles to maintain operational stability

Engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams

Identify and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements

Act as a proactive problem-solver, not just a tracker of progress

Key Requirements
