Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Study the given project and work up a master program and site facilities planning in order to meet the contractual schedule.
- Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project’s budget and contract requirements.
- Lead the staff in working with clients/consultants on the project work scope to achieve satisfactory quality and workmanship.
- Work with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO Documentation.
- Prepare the staff on their given roles/responsibilities and highlight the project objectives and company policies.
- Work with the WSHO Officer to develop a framework that ensures site compliance with statutory requirements such as Safety, ECM control, Noise control, Vector control, etc.
- Monitor the staff’s performance and provide necessary guidance/training programs.
