Project Manager

Work-sharing Support - Accountable for proactively identifying work packages or opportunities that should be work shared. Works effectively with the Functional Manager to promote inter-design center project staffing model while balancing individual needs of the project, customer, and employee. Manages customers' expectations regarding all aspects across complex full value stream projects AND/OR complex product commercialization projects. Manages projects to successful financial execution with the goal of 100% conversion. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred. Seven (7) years of related experience is required; Seven (7) years of related experience is preferred.
