Project planning & Execution
- Lead and deliver assigned projects within Marketing, ensuring goals, deliverables, and timelines are met
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, setting clear objectives, timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring milestones are met
- Manage projects such as store openings and closures, omni-channel communication initiatives, and global test implementations
- Validate briefs and project scopes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and expectations
- Set, monitor, and report on project KPIs to demonstrate impact on customer value and commercial results
- Oversee project budgets, review invoices, and ensure financial accountability
