Position Title: Project Manager

Project sites: KL & Selangor

Salary: RM10,000 - RM15,000 + Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall site planning, coordination & project management
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget & quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors & suppliers
  • Lead and supervise site teams & subcontractors
  • Manage manpower, materials, machinery & resources
  • Monitor work progress & prepare progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality & contract requirements
  • Implement project quality plans & ISO standards
  • Handle problem-solving, coordination & client matters

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering or related field
