Project Manager Senior

Overview

The project manager senior manages the preparation, implementation, and sale of residential area projects for YIT. They are responsible for meeting project goals within quality, time, and budget plans, and for managing related risks. They collaborate with the production manager to prepare, manage, and control projects in accordance with contracts and project documentation, respecting construction regulations, standards, and related laws while adhering to costs, schedules, and quality requirements. They coordinate and are responsible for sales and marketing of all assigned projects. They oversee all stages of project documentation, ensure the accuracy of cost and revenue plans, and collaborate with the production manager on the construction supply system, including selecting subcontractors and suppliers, and signing contracts.
