Responsibilities

• Create initial business case together with Product Management.
• Define competencies and resources needed and build a high‑performing project team.
• Lead teams for multisite industrial, outsourcing or optimisation projects.
• Define project plans, resources, and assign work packages within projects.
• Report project progress using milestones and gates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project budget and timeline.
• Manage escalations to stakeholders and/or the Project Review Board.
• Drive industrial activities/programs in cost‑down, outsourcing and supply resilience.
