Job Function/Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for guiding teams toward the delivery of successful project(s) supporting all solutions to include structured cabling, security, and fire alarm. In this role the Project Manager will allocate necessary resources, define schedules, and develop project budgets as part of their duties. This role manages arising issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. The Project Manager defines all objectives within each of their projects while also overseeing quality in achieving these objectives throughout the project life cycle. The Project Manager will offer an extension of these duties to each All State Superintendent / Lead Technician assigned to their team and provide support when needed.
