  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility for automotive dealership business
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Develop a system rollout and/or migration approach, templates and processes
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Manage changes to the rollout / migration approach, template and process
  • Monitor if projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manager and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
