**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Identifies and Manages revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and achieve and monitors deal performance to ensure the revenue recognition of the deals.
- Addresses customer escalations and related communications in a timely and proactive manner.
- Establishes and enforces the utilization of appropriate TTM processes, including reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality control, escalation procedures, and communication strategies, as outlined in the scope of work.
- Supports in selecting and assigning project managers to lead various aspects of transition/transformation, including technical towers, support functions, third party contracts and governance.
- Handles financial management for transition/transformation activities, including budget setting and approval of forecasts.
