Project Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects (product, process, or improvement-related) focused on generating value and aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives, within the established timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate project feasibility for implementation
• Directly manage new projects such as cost reduction initiatives, component relocation, insourcing or outsourcing activities, product or process changes, and small program launches
• Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress
• Conduct project follow-up meetings with multidisciplinary teams
• Drive participation, commitment, and communication among teams, stakeholders, and customers
