Project Manager - Salesforce/Genesys Integrations

Position Purpose

As a highly visible and strategically important Project Manager within our international organization, you will be responsible for leading, integrating, and setting up new Salesforce and Genesys teams within Arval Tech Centre India (ATCI). This role plays a critical part in accelerating Arval’s global transformation and strengthening our delivery capabilities in India.

You will work closely with teams across ATCI, onshore Salesforce & Genesys stakeholders, and our external growth partners to deploy scalable, efficient, and high‑performing team setups. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless integration, effective governance, and robust operational readiness for all Salesforce & Genesys deliveries.
