We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Agent Assist / Rep Assist AI program within the Customer Experience organization. This role focuses on driving AI‑powered capabilities that enhance agent productivity and customer service efficiency.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of project/program management experience.
- 4+ years in CX, contact center, Agent Assist, or digital transformation programs.
- Agile-certified (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
- Strong knowledge of IVR, ACD, CRM, WFM, agent desktop, speech analytics.
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled tools (Agent Assist, Conversational AI, automation).
