Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of Human Resources, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) initiatives. The successful candidate will provide structured project leadership, governance oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and related business functions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs and proactively identify, assess, and elevate project risks.
