Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and control all production activities
  • Supervise production lines
  • Implement production plans and maintain production efficiency, cost targets, and quality requirements
  • Lead, train, and mentor the production team
  • Develop and enforce SOPs and production documentation
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and other departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimun 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing environment
  • Experience in managing a production team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM111,000.00 per month
