职位描述

  • Manage and deliver development project from beginning to end within given schedule and required quality.         
  • Lead and coordinate multi-functional team to develop required product according to standard Bosch Product Development Process (PDP)
  • Identify and manage risks through project and acting as first contact window for stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear way.
  • Mentor and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for the assigned tasks. 
  • Continuously identify the gap for improving current process and propose necessary measures.
