As a project manager, you help direct resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget. You analyze project feasibility and opportunities, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate project teams. You organize, manage and control the human, material, financial and IT resources needed to deliver very large-scale, innovative projects and programs involving multiple sectors. You execute the project plan and serve as point person for all contributors involved in project/program delivery. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field. You draw on your organizational savvy and drive for results to effectively manage people and performance.
