Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget).

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Plans, organizes, and controls the project/ sub-projects with minor complexity (up to project classification class D), risk, impact and reach,
• Key communication interface (for project related matters),representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc).
• Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
• Uses Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation
• Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard Infineon trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys.
