Project Manager - Process and API

Overview

For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical process industry, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in API manufacturing, powder handling, and robotics-enabled automation within a GMP-regulated environment.

In this role, you will own projects from initiation to handover, acting as the central coordination point between chemists (users), engineering and automation teams, operations, quality, and external suppliers. The focus is on project leadership, stakeholder coordination, and delivery , ensuring that technical solutions meet user needs, timelines, budgets, and GMP requirements. Fluent German is essential for day-to-day communication on site.
