Key Responsibilities Project & Programme Delivery Manage and deliver multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and budget. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps. Ensure delivery is aligned to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Modernisation & Innovation Lead delivery of system modernisation initiatives, including legacy transformation and digital platform enhancements. Drive innovation initiatives by enabling adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and improved delivery efficiency.
