E-care India is seeking a versatile Project Manager  to lead our technical evolution. We are at a pivotal crossroads: maintaining a robust .NET legacy foundation  while rapidly expanding our modern Golang microservices  and AI-enabled product suite .

We need a leader with 10+ years of experience who is tech-agnostic—someone who can navigate complex legacy codebases just as easily as they can architect a cutting-edge AI agent.

The Challenge

You will manage a team of engineers tasked with keeping our core .NET services  running smoothly while proactively identifying areas to refactor into Golang  or enhance with Generative AI . You are the architect of our transition from traditional to AI-native.
