We are currently seeking a Project Manager PMO to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: IT Service Manager
Experience: 6 to 9 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the Project Management processes and project structure.
- Working together with the Project Team to organize and derive tasks.
- Tracking the tasks to make sure completion on time.
- Communication co-ordination
- Stakeholder management
- Alignment and status update to the Program PMO
- Onboarding new stakeholders and making sure they are aligned with the processes.
Skills:
- Project Management Experience
- Software projects, ITSM- IR service management
- Experience in maintaining and defining efficient Project Management Processes
- Reporting & tracking KPI.
- Knowledge and working experience in an Agile environment.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
