Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing.
  • Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
  • Able to lead and work closely with the project team.
  • Develop detailed construction plans and timelines to ensure productive execution of projects; ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and plan manpower allocation.
  • Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claim.
  • Resolve any unexpected situation, technical, manpower and material issues.
  • Experience in managing plumbing & sanitary works of HDB BTO/EC projects is highly preferred.
