Job Overview Ubiquity’s Project Manager, Strategic Enablement is responsible for driving the execution of cross-functional initiatives that improve alignment, efficiency, and cost effectiveness across the organization.

The role partners closely with the Director of Strategic Enablement and leaders across Technology, Places, Operations, and other support functions to translate strategic ideas into structured, well-documented, and trackable projects.

This role is expected to bring discipline, clarity, and follow-through to complex initiatives, ensuring that priorities are documented, owners are accountable, and outcomes are measurable.

The Project Manager, Strategic Enablement will play a key part in reducing unnecessary spend, improving operational maturity, and supporting long-term growth and transformation efforts.
