Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of EPC projects from kickoff to handover.
• Develop and maintain project execution plan, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Full adherence to Linde HSE policy and full compliance with all HSE regulations.
• Drive HSE performance across contractors and internal teams.
• Promote safe design and construction practices.
• Act as primary interface with client (internal or external) and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee subcontracting strategy and monitor construction contract award to suitable contractors in timely manner within approved budget.
