Plan work schedules and monitor project progress Develop project timelines and construction activities Plan manpower, materials, and resource allocation Site Coordination & Supervision
Manage and supervise construction projects from start to completion Supervise daily site operations and construction activities Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Review drawings and coordinate construction works Safety & Quality Control
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with WSH regulations Ensure quality of work meets project requirements and specifications Resolve site issues and technical problems promptly Cost Control & Reporting
Control project costs, materials, and manpower Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports Monitor project performance and work completion status Team Management
Lead and supervise site supervisors and workers Coordinate project teams to ensure smooth site operations
