Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and project manage assigned tasks
  • Track and archive communications and responses from stakeholders across various projects
  • Update and monitor project timelines, ensuring alignment with key milestones
  • Collect and validate data, ensuring accuracy, and populate into templates or reports as needed
  • Perform basic data analysis and summarize findings for use in reports or presentations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support project implementation and address queries as required
  • Assist in planning and logistics for meetings, briefings, and events, including scheduling, room bookings, and virtual meeting setup
  • Record and document key discussions during meetings, including minutes and interview transcripts
