The Project Manager (PM) is a critical role at the client, serving as the “glue” that connects our customer relationships to seamless operational execution. This role ensures flawless delivery for client’s highest-valued accounts and oversees the full project lifecycle post-sale. As the operational lead, the PM manages high-volume orders, coordinates cross-functional teams, and partners with Account Executives and Partnerships to implement efficient processes and manage complex deals. The ultimate goal is to drive customer success, achieve 100% retention, and empower organizations worldwide by simplifying branded merchandise management.
