Prepares weekly work progress targets and a look-ahead schedule.
Monitors compliance of project submittals including samples and finishes and shop drawings approval. Adjust work plan to ensure adherence to schedule. Inform the Operations Manager if the team will not be able to meet targets (schedule, cost, design specifications).
Ensures the distribution and proper filing of site documents including but not limited to site instructions, confirmation of verbal instructions, and non-compliance reports.
Reviews and validates Quality Assurance reports and punch lists. Evaluate and approve corrective action plans.
Monitors and ensures implementation of health and safety policies; reviews incident reports and approves corrective action plans.
Coordinates with HR and Administration Manager to ensure availability of qualified manpower.
