Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager is responsible for independently overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional results across client satisfaction, budget adherence, and overall project performance. The individual in this role plays a key part in client relationship management, contributing to long-term partnerships and representing the company with professionalism and integrity. In addition, the Project Manager may participate in proposal presentations and assist with broader business development efforts when needed.This is a hybrid role, with four days in the office and one day working from home.Projects managed in this role are primarily interior fit-ups, with budgets of up to $3 million.Required Qualifications
