Statement of Work

Services:

  • Assist with creating the existing work breakdown into a comprehensive working plan.
  • Coordinate daily scrum huddles encouraging lean agile software development principles.
  • Coordinate work with members of various stakeholder groups.
  • Highlight and escalate issues and blockers appropriately.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining a robust high-level Gantt and RAG status dashboard reporting to Senior management.
  • Other activities and deliverables, as required.

    • Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years demonstrated experience in assisting IT projects in large organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and/or similar collaborative delivery tools.
